Reason: Mass attempt RDM over rounds at the beginning of every round and was repeatedly warned not to do so. Mic spam including humming into the mic, and coughing into mic only for the sake of coughing. He was also advised to learn how to play the game through the F1 tutorial, but either didn't, or knew and was doing RDM on purpose.
