Since you were using your microphone, we will have to have Daniel explain what exactly happened. It's also your choice if you want to use foul language and suffer the consequences or not. It clearly displays on the MOTD and the loading screen that foul language will result in a ban.

If you are not able to control your language then a Ban is what you deserve and to be honest with you I do not think your Ban will be lifted as Steven said you must suffer the consequences of your actions and it was your choice to use the language you did.

I had only cursed once on the server. I had no warning. The only person that had warned me was Lil Red and that was after I got banned. I don't mind living with the ban if it wasn't so unfair. If I was swearing multiple times and had gotten warned than I would respect the decision but banning someone without giving a warning before the ban shouldn't be called for, especially if the ban is permanent on a first offender. It's like giving someone life in prison when all they have done is jay walk once.

Look -_- Daniel had a good reason to ban you. You were breaking the rules that are so visible it is not funny. The rules are in place to keep the server family friendly, safe, and fun for others so I would not complain about the ban if it was justified by you breaking rules that you can see on the forum, intro page, and the MOTD. So if you did not think you got warning there was plenty of rules that you could have read and then you would have known that it was against the rules. Lastly, no one in ~FS~ would ban without multiple offences to the rules by the way. 

The ban will stand unless the banning admin happens to feel sorry for you.

I honestly think he should be given a chance, I had only warned him once for a small cuss (screw) I think its kinda unfair how a lot of people had been given proper warnings before bans but I would have to wonder what kind of cussed you used to be banned.

As long as you are willing to give another shot and not brake rules I think it would be nice if you had an unban (:
(Im speaking from a perspective but I would wish to imply that he is a friend of mine, I may be taking sides with this as I am saying just a heads up)

Look, I am sorry that I said a minor curse word and I will try to refrain from swearing in the future but is it really necessary to ban me permanently for something that I have only done maybe once or twice with only receiving one warning? Plus the only curse words I would say is the b-word relating to female dogs, and the s word the usually relate poop or a piece of junk. At the time of when I got banned was when Red had deceived me on that session and I had the instinct to use a swear word (as I casually do to friends). I admit I shouldn't have sworn and I would also understand if I had gotten kicked or a 5 min ban to calm me down, but permanent seems completely unnecessary. Like I have mentioned I would understand if I had gotten warnings before hand but I didn't. I didn't get a warning until after the ban was made in which the ban was permanent. I would be more than happy to give more to my side of the story outside of the forums. One more question, don't you staff members have logs to see what I have done in the past and then decide on the type of ban I should get rather than instantly go to your instincts and immediately and ban me permanently?   

I in fact did give you a warning for foul language before the ban, and you did not just cuss once, you cussed a number of times, even after I gave the warning, my warning went unnoticed and unacknowledged, and the cussing continued.. I feel no regret on banning you, nor do I feel any guilt for not unbanning you. Have a nice day. Maybe next time you join a server you will take the time to read the rules, and the MOTD.

Hang on, I had not received any warnings in the past about language. Could you please provide me with the logs on where I had swore please.
