Thanks Wifey and Cap for taking care of this. It appears that this player has his attack/fire bound to his mouse wheel which can easily look like some kind of aimbot. We don't allow this bind being used on our servers and generally warn players to remove it before banning them.
In CoD4 and other CoDMW series this bind will give the player an advantage but with CoDWaW it seems to slow them down IMO. This demo is inconclusive as far as any hacks being used. This demo is not long enough to identify any type of wallhack and the sporadic burst firing looks more like an attack mouse wheel bind.
After reviewing again I learned that I was wrong, this was not a scroll wheel bind this was a Rapid Fire cheat. Secular_Haze is now banned. Better late than never, my apologies. :-[
