I debated in putting this one up, but after a continued watch I am going to go ahead and get a second opinion. Wall hack with a no recoil is my final answer, although they make it hard by using a bolt action.

I watched this guy...on our server today....before he got called out....my thoughts are i think he is just a good player....watching him....quick-scope like he was ...was unreal...
I don't think he was wall-hacking....they are just my thoughts....it would be good if someone else would give there thoughts or opinion.

Thanks again Tagger. I don't see any evidence of a wallhack. Just a really good sniper that can quick scope. It's easy to quick scope in this game without having any recoil. All you need to do is release your ADS key as you press the attack/fire key. This player is just really good at it in my opinion.
I'm good with that decision. Just wanted to see what you guys thought. I think what made me upload it was when he pulled out the magnum for that short time.
