I have 3 demo's of this guy.  At first I wasn't sure but have a look anyway. I think this guy switches it on and then off during game play, very cunning.

Please find attached Demo's for review and what do you think? I mean, anyone who takes out MrFister must be good right?

I've had another look and to assist, what you should be looking for is, in the 1st clip, the firing within the smoke which could be explained, (blind firing) and the short burst of rounds when two players are taken out in quick fire.  It occurs in the 2nd clip after the first death and in the last clip after the 2nd/3rd death, the same thing occurs.  It could be a glitch, who knows?

Something to look out for. FYI.
