Lets first get one thing straight here. We NEVER ban for hacking without a demo to show as proof. And if one of our admins accidentally bans a player for hacking without proof or if their demo is inconclusive the ban will immediately be lifted without exception. We're all about showing evidence here, so you were NOT banned for hacking, or for being accused of hacking, we know you don't hack. Why are you wasting your time and ours appealing your ban again? Looks like you wore out your welcome here. And why do you want to continue playing on our silly and cute HC server that's a joke for peeps that suck? Because it's the only server where you have a good ping? ?:-)?
Goodshot - you are talking about a different server. I was referring to Forgotten Soldiers HC, but your custom HC server. But while we are on the subject, getting banned for using words like "cute" and "silly" in response to an element of a game mode irrespective of your server is a bit extreme no? If I had known people were that sensitive I would have never said anything again. I'd love to have the ban lifted on both servers, but I'm pretty sure the reason I was banned on your second server was an accusation of hacking. I could be wrong but I guess I'll have to wait and see.
Also, I already forgot my password for the account I made the other day "realestufa" but I had the password saved for this old one. Hopefully that isn't an issue.
I can assure you that you were not banned for being accused of hacking. In which case it would be the accuser that would risk being banned if they were wrong and didn't provide a demo as stated in Rule2.
Can you follow the rules listed below and not upset anyone by making any comments in regards to the HC game mode? Just play the game, be a good sport and follow the rules. You think you can do that from now on?
Rule #1: No cheating or using hacks.
Rule #2: No false hackusations without submitting a demo.
Rule #3: Respect all players regardless of skill level.
Rule #4: No abusive language or behavior towards admins or other players.
Rule #5: No offensive or potentially offensive names, annoying names.
Rule #6: No recruiting.
Rule #7: No advertising or spamming of websites or servers.
Rule #8: No profanity, offensive language or whining allowed (in any language).
Rule #9: No racism, racist remarks, race baiting or antisemitism.
Rule #10: No sexual harassment or sexually oriented language.
