What can I do to correct this?

You have been banned for falsely accusing dontrockboat of cheating without submitting a demo.
Rule #2: No false hackusations without submitting a demo.
Do you have a demo to support your claims? The player that you accused wasn't cheating. If you were correct in your assessment or submitted a demo you would not have been banned and we would have appreciated the heads up. Best way to avoid being banned for Rule 2 is to submit a demo every time you accuse someone of cheating in case you're wrong. Or make sure you're 100% sure that the suspect is cheating before calling it out. Or don't accuse and let the admins and other players that record demos handle it.
To correct this ban you can upload your demo to this thread if you have it. Or you can apologize and promise not to falsely accuse other players of cheating in the future without submitting a demo and your ban will be lifted.
