Forgotten Soldiers

Hey I just go banned about 40 minutes ago in WaW.  I got stuck in the map and didn't have a way to die without leaving and coming back swore in chat without thinking about it.  Assuming that's why I was banned and would like if I could be un-banned.  I also didn't recall seeing a warning before I got banned.
