So you honestly think that 5-6 of the top players, even FS members are cheaters, really?  I doubt it.   Do you have any evidence to support this? If so please enlighten us so we can take the appropriate action.  If not you're breaking our second rule,  flashes every 15 minutes on the server.  You need to be correct when you accuse others of cheating without submitting a demo. Otherwise you're breaking rule #2.

This is the reason you keep getting kicked, btw. No one is mad, we simply don't allow players to falsely accuse others of cheating without submitting a demo. And we don't appreciate our members being called cheaters either.  We constantly monitor our server and screen players for hacks before they become members.  Many other players help us by uploading their demos as well, eyes are everywhere. We take cheating very seriously around here and look forward to your evidence.

I did not record anyone previously so I have no evidence. I apologize for the accusations as I was merely having a casual conversation with a player.

No problem I don't blame you or anyone else for being suspicious. The amount of players using hacks these days is ridiculous.  Just wanted to let you know about rule 2.  We have zero tolerance for cheating and spend a lot of time recording demos so that innocent players are not accused or banned by mistake.  Rule 2 is in place to keep the paranoia and false accusations caused by hacks to a minimum and to encourage players to record demos when there are no admins around. Thanks to our admins and regulars that record demos and thanks to rule 2 our server has become a hostile environment for players that use hacks to cheat. You can always submit a demo if there are no admins around or if you suspect that someone may be cheating.
