Theres some glasses out there for those who are color blind that allow you to see color depending on how bad it is, there was this youtube video where a guy has never seen red or blue, he got some glasses for his birthday that allowed him to see color, the name of the glasses were called EnChroma. http://enchroma.com/ (http://enchroma.com/)
How to describe a color? Erm thats literally impossible. Just saying but there might be a way but its going to be pretty tough
