Can colors be warm? Cold?

Theres some glasses out there for those who are color blind that allow you to see color depending on how bad it is, there was this youtube video where a guy has never seen red or blue, he got some glasses for his birthday that allowed him to see color, the name of the glasses were called EnChroma. http://enchroma.com/
How to describe a color? Erm thats literally impossible. Just saying but there might be a way but its going to be pretty tough
